Contest Rules and Regulations for the My Perfect Movement Plan Pre-Sale drawing:

1. No purchase is required to enter the contest. To enter without purchase, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line MY PERFECT MOVEMENT PLAN PRE-SALE DRAWING and include this sentence in the body of the email: “I wish to enter the drawing for a small-group consultation with Katy without pre-ordering a copy of My Perfect Movement Plan.”

3. All eligibility requirements: Must be able to receive prize via phone or internet connection.
   The termination date for eligibility: April 30, 2024.
4. The number, retail value and complete description of all prizes: There are three prizes for the general drawing: three spots in a small-group phone or online video call with Katy Bowman, time and date to be determined by Katy Bowman following the draw. Retail value $500. No substitutions.
5. Approximate odds of winning: dependent on how many entries are received.
6. Geographic area covered and areas in which the offer is void: Contest is open to anyone in any country. Prize will be awarded via phone or internet connection.
7. The date winners will be chosen and notified: May 15th, 2024
8. Method by which winners will be selected: Random drawing
9. Need not be present to win.
10. Winner’s name will not be used in any publicity.
11. To request a list of winners, email [email protected] before June 1, 2024.
12. No tax must be paid on the retail value of the prize.
